Integrating OSI Affiliate Software into Wix Paid Plans and/or Bookings is easy.


The Thank You page in both Paid Plans and Bookings is not customizable, unlike Wix Online Store. This means that it is not possible to pass information such as sale amount and ID to OSI. Additionally, the conversion code cannot be added to the Thank You page, so all sales tracked by OSI will be based on clicks rather than actual conversions.


Note: Implementing recurring commission is not possible for all Wix integrations.


Step 1. To set up your OSI software, log in to your admin account and click on the "Set Up Software" button.


Step 2. Select Link Software to My Store.


Step 3. From the drop-down menu, select "General". Before copying the code, replace "15" with the default sales amount of your choice.


Step 4. To access the SEO tools in Wix, log in to your dashboard, hover over "Marketing & SEO" and click on "SEO Tools". Then, go to "Site Verifications" and select "Custom Code".


Step 5. Click the Add Custom Code button.


Step 6. Paste the code in the provided field. In the "Add Code to Pages" section, select "Choose specific pages" and choose the "Pricing Plans" page. In the "Place Code in" section, select "Body - end". Click "Apply" to save the changes.


Referral Program Configuration

Your referral program will need to be set to pending approval as the software will only track clicks and not actual conversions.


Step 1. To access the referral programs in OSI, log in to your admin account and click on the "Referral Programs" button.


Step 2. To create a new program, click on the "Add" button. To modify an existing program, click on the blue pencil icon.


Step 3. Click on Show Advanced Settings.


Step 4. Check the box for "All sales from this referral program must be approved before being added." Once done, click "Continue" and "Finish".


Managing Sales

Once the sales are coming in, verify the purchase from your Wix dashboard.


Step 1. To access the Pricing Plans in Wix, log in to your admin account and click on the "Pricing Plans" button.


Step 2. In the "Pricing Plans" section, select "Purchase Plans" and record the actual sales generated. Make note of the customer's name, purchase date, payment status, and amount.


Step 3. Login to your OSI Admin account and select Rewards.


Step 4. Find the sale by date and click on the blue pencil icon.


Step 5. Complete the fields with the sale amount and customer name. Change the status to "Approved" from the drop-down and click "Submit".
