The OSI Affiliate Software allows affiliates to generate their own sub-affiliate links for tracking the usage of their affiliate links when promoting in different places. This can be achieved by adding a unique ID to the end of their standard system-generated link. Our system will keep a record of the individual clicks and conversions for each link used.
Enabling sub-ID tracking is simple, follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1. To access the Set Up Software option on the Admin Dashboard, simply click on it from the dashboard menu.
Step 2. To view the "Advanced Settings," navigate to "Settings" and click on "Show Advanced Settings".
Step 3. Locate the "Enable Sub ID Tracking" option, turn it on, and then click on the "Update" button.
To confirm that sub-ID tracking is active for your affiliates, please follow the instructions provided below:
Step 1. Return to your Dashboard, and click on the Users button.
Step 2. From the list of users, select any one and click on the blue pencil symbol to edit.
Step 3. On the following page, select the "Login as User" option located at the top of the page.
Step 4. When logged in, you will be directed to the User Dashboard. In order to verify that the Sub ID tracking is active, locate the "Sub ID Tracking" option and click on it.
Step 5. To view the history, select a Referral Program and a date.
