Based on your sales workflow, you may decide to set your sales/commissions as pending for approval.
Step 1. To start, click on the referral program option on your admin dashboard.
Step 2. Access the editing options by clicking the blue pencil icon in the 'action' section.
Step 3. Show advanced settings.
Step 4. Ensure that the option 'All sales from this referral program must be approved before being added' is selected and then click on 'continue'.
Step 5. To verify, once the commission has been approved, navigate to the 'Recent sales and leads' section of your admin dashboard and click on the email.
Step 6. Verify that the commission amount and status are set to 'approved' and then submit.
Step 7. To confirm that the commission has been added to invoices, navigate to the 'Rewards' section.
Step 8. Manage invoices.
