There are several reasons why emails may be sent to the spam folder. To prevent emails from the Omnistar Affiliate software system from being marked as spam, you can use your own email address as the sender instead of the default Omnistar Affiliate No-Reply email. To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1. To begin, log in to your admin dashboard and click on 'set up software', and then 'Settings'.
Step 2. Under 'Settings', click on 'System emails'.
Step 3. Update the email address for all system emails to your actual email address.
